Day 4: Mysterious lake

The forest sector’s contribution to sustainability of the built environment in Alpine Europe

Destination: Cerknica, Slovenia

There is an interesting lake in Slovenia, called Lake Cerknica.

Why it is mysterious? Because sometimes you cannot see it.

So for approximately six months, especially in the winter, it is filled with water. But in the other half of the year, such as summer time, it is dry and you can walk on the bottom of the lake.

Another stop in Slovenian restaurant for lunch.

3 course meals with lovely main dishes. Check these pictures and you know what I mean!
